You Don’t Have To Hold It All In

If you’re feeling upset, stressed, or overwhelmed, you don’t have to sit with it alone.

It’s easy to think, “I’ll just deal with it,” or “It’s not a big deal.”

But keeping it all inside usually makes it feel heavier.

Talking to someone you trust — even just sharing what’s on your mind — can lighten the load more than you might expect. Sometimes you just need someone to say, “I hear you. I’m here for you.”

You don’t need to have the perfect words or a neat explanation.

You can simply say:

• “I’m going through something — can I talk it through with you?”

• “I’m feeling a little off today and would really appreciate someone to listen.”

• “Would you mind if I shared what’s been weighing on me?”

You are not a burden. You are not “too much.” You are human.

And the people who care about you want to stand beside you.

Next time it feels heavy, reach out.

You deserve support — not just when everything’s fine, but especially when it’s not.

And if you ever need someone to listen, I’m here.

Whether you need support, encouragement, or just a reminder that you’re not alone — I’m only a message away. hello@karishea.com
